Civil, Criminal and Family Expert Witness Services
Bernard Kat has provided expert witness services since 1994.
He is a Cardiff University accedited Expert Witness. He is instructed in civil, criminal and family cases and has Court experience in all three classes of Court. He is listed in the Directory of the British Psychological Society, the UK Register of Expert Witnesses and the Expert Witness UK Directory.

>> Personal injury claims: reports on the psychological harm and disorders caused by the incident or accident giving rise to the claim;
>> Child and family proceedings: reports on parents' mental health, behaviour management skills, capacity to form relationships.
>> Criminal charges: reports on psychological problems and disorders relevant to the alleged offence or a plea in mitigation.
