How we can help? Code of Ethics l  Self Help Resources   l Self Help Leaflets
Counselling and psychotherapy: We help people overcome a wide range of problems including stress, anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, obsessions and compulsions, post traumatic stress disorder, sexual and relationship problems, eating disorders, employment problems and psychosomatic illnesses.

CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) is known to be effective for many people. We also encourage and support self-help methods. In common with many other therapists, we seek to build on and emphasise our client's capacity to make sense of their problems, to cope with them and manage their own lives, to make their own choices, and to look forward rather than back.

Expert witness services: These are normally arranged by solicitors on behalf of their clients but clients need to know what services can be provided.
