He is a Cardiff University accedited Expert Witness.
He is instructed in civil, criminal and family cases and has Court experience in all three classes of Court.

Expert witness services: These are normally arranged by solicitors on behalf of their clients but clients need to know what services can be provided. For example, in relation to:
• Personal injury claims: reports on the psychological harm and disorders caused by the incident or accident giving rise to the claim;
• Child and family proceedings: reports on parents' mental health, behaviour management skills, capacity to form relationships.
• Criminal charges: reports on psychological problems and disorders relevant to the alleged offence or a plea in mitigation. |
